Boulder is definitely known for it's crazy weather. As a photographer, I think I notice it a little more than others as the years go by. For example, the earliest snow I have had here in Boulder is October 6th, which totally ruins my busiest season bc there is a mad rush for family holiday photos that time of year.
But snow in late May? All my family mini sessions were affected. It was easier just to cancel everyone and reschedule for June.
So announcing June mini sessions! I have already rescheduled all May sessions, so these are the new days I have opened up. If you need a different day, I can most likely add your family to another day or open a new day if there are enough requests. Just ask. Especially if you can do a weekday/
It works out so perfectly because I did NOT get my spring minis out in time for mother's day. so now you have the excuse to get YOURSELF family photos under the guise of it being a gift for your husband for father's day.
I have a new 5 months old, and ALL I want are photos. He is my last one, and I want to let every second soak into me while I can, and let a photographer capture us, the special connection we have, the joy we express as a family...all of that seen through the eyes of someone trained to see it while I enjoy it.

Let me know a little about your family and we'll find a perfect mini session spot for you, at the location you like best. I then send you all the info on how to prepare (what to wear, bring, expect, etc...). The session is fun and laid back, and my goal is always to capture the essence of who you and your children are right now, at this very moment in time.
Arg, I will finish this blog post tomorrow. I always think I can get stuff done with a 5 month old, an really, I sit down for 2 mins and then have to get up again so it is WAY more frustrating than it appears in my writing.
